Online Ordering

  • Payments: Intenze accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal, Amazon Payments, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express in the United States and Canada. For all other International Orders only PayPal is available. We process all payments through PayPal as our merchant account provider.

  •  You can get an estimate for shipping charges by adding the items you are interested in to your cart. From the Cart page, enter your country, state/province, and postal code to receive possible shipping methods and their associated costs. Shipping estimates are based on real-time carrier rates from the United States Postal Service and UPS.

  • Returns: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 days to either exchange or return the items for a full refund. We pride ourselves in the relative ease of our return process but have a few small requirements. In order to receive a full refund, ink bottles cannot be opened or tampered with, and items must be in original condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover return shipping expenses unless the reason for return is our fault. Refunds will be issued only once we receive the returned item(s). Returns generally take 3-5 business days to process after receiving the product. Products marked with a blue shield qualify for our 30 Days Money Back Guarantee program, which allows customers to return opened products for a full refund. Please know that orders returned to sender due insufficient addresses, vacant addresses, or the like are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 
  • Customs / Duties: Coalition for Tattoo Safety. is not responsible for any international customs, duties, and other processing fees not foreseeable at checkout. If a package is refused and returned to Coalition for Tattoo Safety. in regards to these fees, Coalition for Tattoo Safety. will charge a 20% restocking fee on the order.
  • Subscribers: You can subscribe for a Premium Membership on the Website. Memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on your choice. You are responsible for keeping track of your membership’s billing schedule and settings. Paid members who have not used any of their membership benefits are eligible for a full refund, otherwise memberships are non-refundable.
